Business reinvention strategy

Stakeholder-ology JumpStart™

As a C-Suite leader, you provide leadership and direction to your stakeholders with our customized formulas for transformation success.  Then trust your leadership’s wisdom, the stakeholders you’ve carefully selected, and our proven six-step process to deliver results.

Offered in-person, and now VIRTUAL or HYBRID.  Our virtual process is much more than just an online whiteboard or collaboration tool. The process includes conversations that make all the difference.  It’s a virtual boardroom.

After defining desired outcomes, metrics and key stakeholders with a senior steering team, purposeful stakeholders follow a step-by-step guide customized to your business’ desired outcomes. They dialogue with one another in small groups virtually or in-person and use the online collaboration tool to share the output of their work. It’s an engaging think-tank with tangible outcomes.

The Reinvention Method

High Potential Leader Development

If you have a high potential executive leadership development program, we can work with you to teach your leaders our methodology and have them co-lead your company through the process. By doing so, you invest in your leadership capital while gaining tangible business results. Participants will:

  • Bring strategy to life
  • Strengthen cultural positives like trust, teamwork and collaboration
  • Break down silos
  • Learn and use design thinking and systems thinking to achieve results
  • Interface with multiple stakeholders in your organization related to the work at hand
  • Develop tangible leadership and critical thinking skills

We walk alongside this special group each step of the way as the participants lead your organization in bringing a strategic vision to life. It is learning that achieves business goals while building organizational culture.

Articulate a transformative shared vision

Audience: Executive team and/or Executive Steering team and/or High Potential Executive Leaders; Leaders considering using Stakeholder-ology JumpStart (TM)

We work with your executive team or steering team to help you clearly articulate your vision so that other stakeholders understand it and want to join you. We help ensure your executive team or steering committee uncovers and clarifies the issues and desired outcomes from multiple perspectives…this allows leaders to move forward together on common ground and create momentum toward your goal.

This is a great way to explore the possibility of using the Stakeholder-ology JumpStart process.

Insights for working with stakeholders

Audience: Division or Business Unit leaders, PMO leaders, project managers, program managers, IT leaders at all levels; any leader in an organization greater than 300 employees who needs to determine the critical stakeholders for a successful initiative.

We work with you to identify the stakeholders you need to involve for a real project or larger initiative - end users, sponsor(s), change agents, and other affected audiences. Use and apply practical and simple frameworks to identify the needs of stakeholders and other change roles critical to your work.  We teach you how to collaborate with each of the various groups and with all the stakeholders as a system, customized to your organization's needs.

Practical actions for change leaders

Audience: Leaders of all levels in any size organization

Leading a change for your direct reports requires intentional thought and action. Learn and practice the three actionable skills to make any change a success. Come with a real live project in mind and leave with a plan to improve the chance of boosting positive results by 50% or more.  While these three skills are the same for every level of leadership, the specific actions differ depending on span of control.   One of the skills is communication, but the other two are often neglected and are key for success...don't let that be you!

Leadership skills for overcoming resistance to change

Audience: Leaders of all levels in any size organization

Learn the data behind marketing research that will help you reach the “tipping point” of gaining dedication from your stakeholders to get on board for change. Experience this in an interactive table exercise in groups of six. Practice the one-on-one empathy, encouragement and accountability  conversation that’s needed when employees are not yet ready to adopt proposed changes.

Sponsorship best practices

Audience: High Potential leaders moving to a higher level of leadership who will own the outcome of major business initiatives, existing executives (VPs and above) and recently promoted executives who budget for and own or co-own major business initiatives in their company

Sponsoring work efforts as an executive leader is a different set of actions and mindset than managing a project itself, or simply handing it off to someone else. Get in on the secrets of being a sponsor of work to get results, make the most of your time, and allow the organization to see your star leadership qualities.

Three (3) strategic competencies for thriving in volatility

Audience: C-Suite, VPs and above, Boards, High Potential Leaders

Learn the three strategies your organization needs in the environment in which we find ourselves.   With generative AI, supply chain issues, and cybersecurity concerns,  just to name a few examples, these three competencies are critical for your organization, your board, your C-Suite, and every level of employee to understand and begin exercising a “resilience muscle” to not only survive but thrive.  This is paired with a quiz that inspires actionable insights specific to your organization.

Iterative Innovation

Audience: Small to medium size rapidly growing businesses who need a framework as they grow, yet ability to stay agile and nimble.

Audience: Supervisors, managers and/or teams in small to medium to large companies who want to embed an agile mindset (not just a tool) across the organization beyond IT

Put into practice a simple tool that you as a leader can use with your team to implement change projects or continuous improvement in your departments using Agile principles and small experiments to implement iterative change. Learn the secret to boost chances of success in reaching your goals by up to 30%. This is a field-tested tool on its 16th iteration that is easy to use and delivers results.
